Circulation Policies

Books, if enough copies are available, may be borrowed anytime for overnight use.

A student is entitled to borrow two(2) books for overnight use and must have it returned before 9:00 AM the following day..

Books should be re-examined by the circulation librarian before having them borrowed, and ensure that the materials are in good condition. Hence, any damage upon return of the book is the responsibility of the borrower.

If the student fails to return the book within the specified period, a fine of five pesos (Php. 5.00) per hour will be charged. A fraction of an hour thereof shall be considered as one hour.

Lost books must be replaced with the exact copy of it. The current value of the lost material plus a processing fee will be assessed if replacement is not obtainable.

Reserved books, periodicals, reference materials and special collection are for library room use only but it may borrowed for photocopy.

Thesis are for library room use only.
Internet Policies

Browsing of Youtube, Facebook, and other social networking site are strictly prohibited not unless it is really intended for research or educational purposes.

A student caught browsing porn and other prohibited site will be subjected to disciplinary action. A user committing multiple such offenses will be provisionally banned from using the computers for the rest of the semester.

Each student is entitled to use the internet for one hour everyday, but it can be extended as long as no one is in queue.

The campus library has e-book and e-journal resources that can be access anytime; access information of these materials, like username and password, can be requested from the librarian or library staff.
